SchoolFood4Change (SF4C) möchte Schulen dabei unterstützen und motivieren Kindern ein nachhaltiges und gesundes Essen anzubieten. Dazu benötigen wir Rezepte für Mahlzeiten, die kinderfreundlich, gschmackig, klimafreundlich, gesund und lokal geprägt sind – eine lange Liste! Wie können wir das schaffen?
Gemeinsam mit unseren Köchen und Buffetbetreibern und der Aktionsgruppe an eurer Schule kann das gelingen! Teile mit uns Dein Lieblingsrezept! Wir kochen es nach, verkosten es und bewerten es nach den obigen Kriterien – alle passenden Rezepte werden mit Deinem Namen auf der Website von Schoolfood4Change veröffentlicht und mit den Schulcaterern geteilt!
SchoolFood4Change unterstützt den erfahrungsaustausch zwischen köchen
Für Köche gibt es die Möglichkeit den Lehrgang „Natürlich gut kochen“ zu besuchen, um damit Teil einer Aktionsgruppe von Köchen zu werden, die sich der Klimawende am Teller widmen. Bei Interesse bitte schreib uns ein Mail! Der erste Lehrgang startet am 8. März 2024!
