Join SchoolFood4Change in Nuremberg

From February 10–13, our partner city Nuremberg will host BIOFACH, Europe’s most prominent annual trade fair for organic food.

In connection with this major international event, the Organic Cities’ Europe Network will organise a full-day delegation visit on February 12, hosted by Ms Nicola Moegel from the Department for Environment and Health of the City of Nuremberg.
SchoolFood4Change will also participate in one of the sessions, and you are warmly invited to take part in this one-day event.

• 9.15 Departure from the meeting point

• 10.00 – 11.30 Visit to the Weltacker (“global field”)

• 12:00 – 13:00 Lunch at the town hall (canteen)

• 13:00  – 14:30 “Biofach meets Nuremberg” – exhibition and presentation of organic topics in Nuremberg, including the Öko-Modellregion (“eco-model region”) and SchoolFood4Change and its implementation in Nuremberg (town hall – address: Hauptmark 18)

• 15.00 – 18.00 Syrian vegan cooking class with Nabila, including a shared meal at Kulturwerkstatt “Auf AEG”

• 19.00 Opening of the Weltacker exhibition (address: Pfannenschmiedgasse (former tobacco shop)
