SF4C In-person training for planetary healthy diets and cooking, Pollenzo, Italy
From 2nd to 6th of October 2023, 22 cooks trainers, 25 urban food enablers and 9 food ambassadors from the 18 SF4C cities and regions, will meet and train together at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo.
They will deep dive into skills and competences necessary for the transition to healthier and more sustainable school meals, focusing on areas such as food preferences, progressive exposure and active learning.
Cooking sessions, frontal lessons, role plays, inspirational talks and much more will fill this intensive week of exchange and knowledge!
