El objetivo es garantizar el \u00e9xito de la aplicaci\u00f3n del enfoque integral de la alimentaci\u00f3n en las escuelas en las distintas ciudades y escuelas participantes en SchoolFood4Change.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">El <a href=\"https:\/\/schoolfood4change.eu\/es\/about\/whole-school-food-approach\/\">Enfoque Integral de la Alimentaci\u00f3n en toda la Escuela (EIAE)<\/a> es un modelo hol\u00edstico basado en el lugar para promover sistemas alimentarios sostenibles, tomando las escuelas como punto de partida para iniciar la transformaci\u00f3n. Como tal, este enfoque apoya a todos los actores del entorno escolar en sus esfuerzos por desarrollar y aplicar una cultura alimentaria (escolar) saludable y sostenible. <strong>Para el desarrollo de capacidades en estos entornos escolares y en relaci\u00f3n con la aplicaci\u00f3n del EIAE, cada ciudad o regi\u00f3n que participe en SchoolFood4Change puede aprovechar la oportunidad de organizar uno o dos talleres de asesoramiento in situ en el transcurso del proyecto. <\/strong>Con este fin, se ha desarrollado un plan de formaci\u00f3n est\u00e1ndar que puede adaptarse al contexto y a las necesidades locales, con el objetivo de garantizar el \u00e9xito de la aplicaci\u00f3n del enfoque integral de la alimentaci\u00f3n en las escuelas (EIAE) en las diferentes ciudades y escuelas participantes en SchoolFood4Change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Hasta la fecha, se han realizado con \u00e9xito siete cursos de formaci\u00f3n in situ en Alemania, Austria, Estonia, Italia, Francia, Espa\u00f1a y B\u00e9lgica. <strong>Cabe destacar que los organizadores de las formaciones han aprovechado esta oportunidad no solo para compartir y crear conocimientos, sino tambi\u00e9n para reunir a un gran n\u00famero de partes interesadas para hablar sobre las comidas escolares y SchoolFood4Change<\/strong>. Por ejemplo, m\u00e1s de 70 personas participaron en la formaci\u00f3n de Lyon (Francia). Estas partes interesadas (profesores y directores, empresas de catering, servicios (sociales) municipales y el gobierno local), que participan en el sistema (alimentario) escolar a trav\u00e9s de diferentes puntos de contacto, pero que rara vez se re\u00fanen, se reunieron, lo que dio lugar a <strong>un entendimiento com\u00fan sobre la necesidad de trabajar juntos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-full is-resized eplus-wrapper\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/schoolfood4change.eu\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2023\/05\/Lyon-SF4C_on-site-coaching_presentation_web.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3931\" width=\"443\" height=\"332\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>La imagen fue tomada durante la sesi\u00f3n de formaci\u00f3n en Lyon, Francia. De este modo, se sentaron las bases para una futura cooperaci\u00f3n renovada y la aplicaci\u00f3n continua del EIAE en las escuelas de las ciudades. Qued\u00f3 claro que reunir a muchas partes interesadas diferentes no ralentiza necesariamente las conversaciones, como podr\u00eda pensarse. Todo lo contrario: <strong>reunir a las partes interesadas puede dar lugar a intercambios y aprendizajes muy fruct\u00edferos<\/strong>. La diversidad de las partes interesadas permiti\u00f3 reflexiones concretas y debates productivos, ya que no hubo que posponer ninguna reflexi\u00f3n o pregunta abierta por no estar presentes los agentes responsables. As\u00ed pues, <strong>la formaci\u00f3n y el trabajo en red pueden ir de la mano<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Adem\u00e1s, las sesiones de formaci\u00f3n y capacitaci\u00f3n in situ garantizan que las ciudades y escuelas participantes en SchoolFood4Change se sientan respaldadas en la aplicaci\u00f3n del EIAE y tengan m\u00e1s confianza para compartir sus conocimientos con otras ciudades y escuelas interesadas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Adem\u00e1s, las sesiones de formaci\u00f3n in situ contribuyen a subrayar la dimensi\u00f3n europea del proyecto SchoolFood4Change y a reforzar la red de partes interesadas del sistema (alimentario) escolar, lo que facilita la cooperaci\u00f3n necesaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La imagen fue tomada durante la sesi\u00f3n de formaci\u00f3n presencial llevada a cabo en Lyon, Francia.
